This filly was purchased from the ever producing Group One horses in Widden Stud for $130k.

Sired by Blue Point, he is the only horse ever to win three G1 sprints at Royal Ascot. A Group winner at two, three, four, five retiring a four-time G1 winner.

From legendary farm Widden, a daughter of former superstar European sprinter Blue Point (3 x Group One winner at Royal Ascot), the only European stallion since Sadler’s Wells to sire two first-crop Group 1 winning juveniles. First crop Down Under inc recent Gold Coast Guineas winner Bosustow. Also stakes placed Blue Stratum, Blue Rocket.

Blue Point’s, first-crop of southern hemisphere juveniles, have achieved Black Type in the G1 J.J. Atkins, G2 Sires’ Produce Stakes, Listed Maribyrnong Plate, Listed Talindert Stakes and the Listed Supremacy Stakes.

Dam Roma Giaconda was a winner at 1400m and 2 nd Stan Fox Stks (G2), 3 rd VRC Oaks. Four foals to race, 3 winners inc city winners La Lucciola and Romaconi. Same family as Moon Dragon (Sandown Gns), Niblick (8 wins).

This filly has commenced her education as of April 1st. She will then spell for 6 weeks, pre train and then make her way down to Cranbourne around May/June.

Purchase includes bloodstock, Inglis Race Series, Sales costs, Road Transport, 12 months mortality insurance, education, agistment and GST.
