Time Test X Threepence Colt

This gorgeous athletic colt by Time Test was purchased at the Karaka sale for NZ$130k.

Time Test who stands at Little Avondale Stud, he has quickly lived up to high expectations and some, being the leading European first season sire in 2021 with four individual stakes winners and having three runners in New Zealand’s richest race, the 2022 Karaka Million for two-year-olds.

From limited numbers to date his Southern Hemisphere runners, whose oldest are four-year-olds, include the stakes winner Leedox and the stakes placed The Years, Running On Time, Madame Giselle and Timeless.

As is the European custom, Time Test was the lightly-raced winner of six races, including a brace of Group Two victories and was a Group One placegetter in his native England and in North America.

Successful as a 2YO, he broke the Royal Ascot  track record track record over 2000 metres at his second start the following season before firmly establishing himself among the elite level European gallopers. His deeds earned him a Timeform rating of 125.
