Purchased from the Inglis Classic sale for $90k, this colt was bred and raised by one of the most successful farms in Australia in Newgate.
Capitalist a son of Written Tycoon, continues to be successful in the breeding barn with his progeny now amassing just under $31million in prize money from only 4 crops.
Some of his best progeny include Group One winner Captivant, Comrade, Cannonball, Sebonak and our very own Profiteer and I’mlovinya to name a few.

Out of the American bred mare Outsider Art, she was a Black Type performer in USA with a prize purse of over US$245,000. A two time winner on the track her, she won over 1000m to 1200m. The dam of one foal to race, Occhiata, he is a two time winner by Flying Artie. We consider Capitalist to be a significant pedigree upgrade and are hopeful this will be shown in our colt.
This colt has now been transported to Nathan Dunn’s at Cranbourne where he has begun his education.
