This elegant filly was purchased from the Tasmania Magic Millions sale just recently for $82,500.
Sired by Alpine Eagle, a son of High Chaparral, not only was he stunning looking, he raced just as great as his good looks! We don’t really know how good he could have been with his racing career cut short from injury. But in his short career of only 12 starts, he won over $305k, on debut as a two-year-old he won by 4.5 lengths! He also placed second in the Group One Australian Guineas and won the Group Two Autumn Classic.
Only new in the breeding barn his oldest progeny are now 3YO’s. Alpine Eagle sired the winner of the Listed Tasmania Guineas and the Listed Launceston Guineas in Alpine Wolf.

Out of the Exceed and Excel mare Arkiboum, she was a speedy 4 time Metro winner on the track. Winning over distances of 1000m to 1100m. She is also metro placed. Other quality racehorses to feature down the dams page include Payroll and Shaeeq.
This filly has spelled for 3 months after the sale, has completed her education process and is now back spelling at Armidale Stud in Tasmania. She will spell until November 1 and then begin pre training. She will then come across to our Cranbourne stables to continue. Mick thinks she is a classic 3YO type he is in no need to rush with her.
This filly was purchase for $82,500. Purchase includes purchase of the horse, pre sale vetting (x-rays and scope), 12 months insurance, post sale scope, transport, breaking in and education, 6 months agistment and GST. All costs are up until July 31st.
