Snitzel X Bulbula Colt

He’s an 8 th of November colt but to look at you wouldn’t know it. My expertise is to look at what I see now and imagine the finished product and I like the future version of him. I can visualise him standing at stud, a good looking son of Snitzel, joinng his mates like TRAPEZE ARTIST, RUSSIAN REVOLUTION, SHAMUS AWARD, INVADER, SPILL THE BEANS and co.

He’s a racy type with a good loose walk. He carries his head well and the part that takes me is his powerful back end; that’s where the propulsion comes from.

Structurally he is sound, he’s a robust strong boned colt, courtesy of the farm he was raised on – Rosemont Stud. He’s BOBS and VOBIS SILVER eligible so there’s that to like too.

Shamardal mares are highly sought-after broodmares (think IMPERATRIZ) and our colt’s mum, is a Stakes winning Shamardal mare… She has produced 3 winners from the 5 to race (the 3yo by Zoustar should win races) and most notable is our boy’s full brother DOULL. Named after one of the greatest Australian Rules players, Doull is an entire with a Gr.2 on his resume. ARYAAF his half brother is a Gr.3 winner.

We buy colts to try and win the right races and turn them into Stallions. We’ve had success doing it the past and will continue to do so. Hopefully this is one of those outcomes.

Purchase of this horse includes purchase of bloodstock, pre sale vetting, Inglis Race Series, 12 months insurance, photos/video, road transport, education, one months agistment and GST. This includes all costs until June 30.
